Paint The White Buffalo
A Creative Journey Into Sturdy Abundance

This course will take you on a colorful and creative guided journey with the Buffalo.
Your instructor, Karen Adamski of ShamaMama.com, will take you step by step through each layer of art on your canvas, and she will guide you through the meaning of each layer. As you paint you will learn about both yourself and Buffalo as well.
Buffalo is a symbol for ABUNDANCE. Buffalo carries the energy of plenty, sturdiness, hope and fortune.
All animals are sacred, but in many traditions White Buffalo is the most sacred. The appearance of White Buffalo is a sign that prayers are being heard.
In this course you will focus on:
INNER Abundance, CREATIVE Abundance and RADIANT Abundance.
Plus, you will be introduced to the abundance of COLOR in a fun and easy color wheel lesson.

Suggested Supplies for PAINT THE WHITE BUFFALO
1 canvas for your Buffalo lesson (I will be using a 16"x20" canvas)
1 canvas or a piece of art paper for our color wheel lesson (I recommend 8"x10" or larger)
*Black, White, Blue, Red, Yellow
*Any additional colors that call to you (3-5 colors)
White and/or black Paint Pens OR everyday markers
Spray Paint (whatever kind you have handy, the medium does not matter...oil, latex, chalk, Rus-tolium it's all good!)
*2-3 colors of spray paint
*1 bottle of white spray paint
Stencils (you can make your own if you choose)
Paint Brushes (basic set)
Drop-cloth
Rinse Water
