We all have roots tying us to the past. To our ancestors and their primitive ways. Roots that are entwined with Mama Earth, wildlife, and all living things.
We have all lost little bits of ourselves along our life journey. Perhaps you have been told you are "not artistic", or perhaps you have been labeled as "shy" or "loud". We have all been told we are "good at" certain things and "not good" at others. Over time some of these labels tend to stick, and we start to believe them.
Our true selves get covered up.
So, let's start to uncover what has been covered up. Let's take back that which has been taken away. Let's look at life as an all-you-can-eat buffet...try everything to see what you want more of, and what you never want again.
I invite you to come along with me on a creative journey where you will learn all about your WILD SELF while you paint a personal masterpiece.
In this 4 segment course, you will:
- Understand a bit more about your personal wildness and reclaim that power
- Create a BEAUTIFUL acrylic painting on an unframed canvas
- Practice techniques that will sooth stress & anxiety
- Surround yourself with calming vibes via creating sacred space(s)
- Enjoy guided meditations
- Look at creating balance and definition both on the canvas AND in life.
- Travel with me (virtually) to some extra wild spots around North Lake Tahoe
- Learn to detach from this fast-paced world and reconnect to your roots intentionally in order to slow down and reconnect to your wild self.
- Impress yourself, grow yourself, love yourself, and understand yourself a little bit more.
And, at the end of this journey you will understand where you may have lost little bits of your true self throughout your life. You will reconnect to you inner wildness, and reconnect to your slower-paced powerful self.
Are you ready to Reclaim Your Wildness?

Feel free to get creative with the supplies you use.
If you feel like "going outside the box", go for it!
Maybe instead of using a framed white canvas you use a piece of plywood.
Or, maybe you use oil paints instead of the acrylics that I will be demonstrating with.
You do you!
