Whether you are a seasoned artist, or someone who has never touched a paintbrush, this class is for YOU. The level of your "artistic abilities" don't matter here. Everyone is an artist in their own right. Think about a forest full of trees - just like us humans, none of the trees within a forest are identical to one another.
This easy to follow class takes you through a guided meditation and in depth step by step painting lessons. The overall intention of this class is to ground ourselves.... Ground ourselves to the Earth, to our roots, to the core of ourselves. It feels good, and it's something you can do everyday.

Your Instructor
Karen Adamski is a Certified Crystal Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Artist, and Certified Creatively Fit Coach. Karen has a passion for living life while walking in beauty, and for helping other do the same. Karen works from her home studio in San Jose California in the United States where she has taught many in-person workshops. She has enjoyed teaching people of all ages (5 - 95) how to bring peace, color, flow and good energy into their lives. She is thrilled to now be teaching online where she is able to reach students around the world.
