Commit to yourself and your sisters for this unique 9 month journey

Try and share new things: recipes, ways of moving your body, creativity, thought processes, meditations, music

Dedicate time to YOURSELF daily - journaling, moving at your own pace, practice self-care etc.

Eat nourishing snacks and meals at regular intervals (we will NOT focus on dieting/food restriction/fasting/counting ANYthing) Our focus will be learning to TRUST what we need, when we need it.

The Journey Back to YOU will focus on...

Body Liberation: moving our bodies in a way that feels like a good fit for us regularly, as well as in our once a month meetup. Your movement will increase little by little, giving you the ability to walk anywhere from 2 - 5 miles by May! We will share some different apps and playlists that may be helpful in this regard to keep track of your steps and stay motivated. Already at 2-5 miles? Way to go, you! We will create a plan to meet where you are right now!

Mind Liberation: I don't know about you, but both Karen and I have spent decades harboring guilt, shame, and unworthiness! We are SO over it! Our guess is you are too! We will be journaling regularly as a way to unlock some of these feelings, cultivating nourishing and affirming thoughts about ourselves. This process will allow us to get out of our heads, and put all the "things' on the paper.

Soul Liberation: Practicing calming modalities that align us with who we are BECOMING! We will be experiencing varied forms of expression like: walking, dancing, painting, yoga, and stretching during our time together. We will also be reading the book, Women Who Run With the Wolves, by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, PhD.

Your Guides

Michelle Walsh is passionate about serving others. She began her career teaching 6th grade prior to raising her family. For the nearly two decades that followed, Michelle was a WW Coach. Her retention rates were consistently high, and meetings were filled with inspiration, encouragement and laughter. By creating Village Well, Michelle currently works with groups both online and in person. A compassionate extrovert by nature, Michelle is comfortable keeping individuals engaged while leading activities and having fun. She has an uncanny ability to "read the room" and go where the group is being called. Her abilities to use humor and flexibility lend themselves to creating connection and community seamlessly. Karen Adamski is a Shamanic Practitioner, Certified Crystal Healer, Certified Creatively Fit Coach, Artist, Teacher, and she is an Art Commissioner for the City of San Jose. After leaving a 27 year HR management career in the Silicon Valley, Karen chose to purposely transform her ‘career’ into what it is today…pretty much the complete opposite of corporate America. Today, Karen works with clients from all over the world to bring them healing in the form of vibrational medicine, meditation, art, nature, color, kindness and much more. By bringing community together, Karen loves to teach others how easy it is bring balance & beauty into their lives. Karen’s passion for living life as her true self, gives her the ability to easily connect with people, as well as all other living things. By sharing with others to break out of molds, and to walk in beauty on their own paths, Karen has helped hundreds of people understand the ease and simplicity of grounding and healing with vibration, energy, and intention. Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course start and finish?
The course officially starts now (woooo-hoooo!), and our opening group meeting will be on September 16, 2023. Much of this course is self-paced. Although this course technically ends in the beginning months of 2024, this classroom will remain open indefinitely. This allows you to come back and revisit when you feel the need.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. This class is only open to The Journey group.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within the first 30 days of the course and we will discuss ways to make things right.
Do I need a sarong prior to this course?
Nope! You will receive a special sarong during our opening ceremony. No worries!
What if I miss some meetings?
No problemo! That's why this classroom/basecamp is so handy. You can always find what you need here.
What if I fall behind in my reading?
It's a-okay! Go at your own pace. Skip chapters if you choose. Life gets busy and some weeks you may have more reading time than others. Keep your balance and do your best.
