Welcome to this creative, inspirational, and educational class where we will be learning about our Autonomic Nervous System and how it works within our bodies and minds.
In this self paced course you will learn how YOU are hardwired. What causes you stress and anxiety? How do you bring balance and healing to yourself after (and during) times of stress?
There is this magical super power that we can all tap into.....it's called the Parasympathetic Nervous System. This is a very special nervous system that we can actually condition and grow stronger, just like the muscles in your body.
By getting to know more about how the Parasympathetic Nervous System works, and especially getting to know how YOURS works, you can become more calm and balanced throughout your life.
In this course you will learn about the basics of your Autonomic Nervous System, you will learn exercises that will strengthen your nervous system, your body, your brain, and you will learn how to incorporate these exercises into your daily life to bring more consistent grounding and zen to your life.
Plus along the way we will create a multilayered canvas!
